Supplier code of conduct

Our code of conduct outlines the expectations and standards that suppliers are required to adhere to when doing business with Scandinavia Tours.

Ethical Business Practices:
  • Suppliers must conduct business with honesty, integrity, and transparency.

  • Suppliers must maintain accurate records and financial statements and comply with all applicable accounting and reporting standards.

Reporting Violations:
  • Suppliers must promptly report any violations of this Supplier Code of Conduct to [Contact Person/Department].
Compliance Monitoring:
  • Scandinavia Tours reserves the right to monitor compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct through audits, inspections, and other appropriate measures.
Non-Compliance and Remediation:
  • Non-compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in termination of the supplier relationship and other appropriate actions as deemed necessary by Scandinavia Tours.
By accepting orders or doing business with Scandinavia Tours, suppliers agree to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct and to uphold the principles and standards outlined herein.
