Our code of conduct outlines the expectations and standards that suppliers are required to adhere to when doing business with Scandinavia Tours.

We expect our suppliers to share this commitment and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with our values and standards. The following Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and requirements for suppliers when doing business with Scandinavia Tours:Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

  • Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the countries where they operate, including but not limited to laws related to labor, human rights, environmental protection, and health and safety.
Labor and Employment Practices:

  • Suppliers must uphold the rights of workers and ensure fair and safe working conditions for all employees.
  • Suppliers must not engage in any form of forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking.
  • Suppliers must respect the rights of employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
Ethical Business Practices:
  • Suppliers must conduct business with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
  • Suppliers must avoid conflicts of interest and refrain from offering or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or other unethical payments.
  • Suppliers must maintain accurate records and financial statements and comply with all applicable accounting and reporting standards.
Environmental Responsibility:
  • Suppliers must minimize their environmental impact and strive to operate in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Suppliers must comply with all environmental laws and regulations and work towards reducing waste, conserving resources, and minimizing pollution.
Health and Safety:
  • Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Suppliers must identify and mitigate health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace.
  • Suppliers must provide adequate training and resources to ensure the health and safety of workers.
Quality and Product Safety:
  • Suppliers must deliver products and services that meet applicable quality standards and specifications.
  • Suppliers must ensure the safety and integrity of their products and take appropriate measures to address any product-related issues or concerns.
Social Responsibility:
  • Suppliers must respect the rights and dignity of all individuals and communities affected by their operations.
  • Suppliers must contribute positively to the social and economic development of the communities where they operate and uphold human rights principles.
Reporting Violations:
  • Suppliers must promptly report any violations of this Supplier Code of Conduct to [Contact Person/Department].
Compliance Monitoring:
  • Scandinavia Tours reserves the right to monitor compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct through audits, inspections, and other appropriate measures.
Non-Compliance and Remediation:
  • Non-compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in termination of the supplier relationship and other appropriate actions as deemed necessary by Scandinavia Tours.
By accepting orders or doing business with Scandinavia Tours, suppliers agree to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct and to uphold the principles and standards outlined herein.
